The Adventures of the Little Dragon Feilong tell the story of a young dragon discovering the world, curious, brave and sometimes a little clumsy. His adventures explore friendship, trust, equality and a mindful way of dealing with feelings.

Feilong discovers that anger and sadness can have their place without losing warmth or kindness. He and his family argue, get frightened, make mistakes and laugh together again. The stories reveal in a simple and poetic way how respectful and heartfelt togetherness can flourish even when emotions rise.

Aim and Direction

The project is conceived as an independent author’s project and forms the beginning of a planned series. Feilong stands for stories that unite heart, imagination and psychological depth. They bring joy, nurture empathy and invite readers to reflect on values such as love, equality and community.

A continuation is already in progress. It tells of Feilong’s experiences during his early school years and follows how he continues to grow, to learn and to find his place in the world.
